Last of the winter snow

I came across this nice short piece by photographer and filmmaker Jacob Sutton. It was shot in the Rhône-Alpes region of Tignes, France, starring Artec pro snowboarder William Hughes. The electrifying film sees Hughes light up the snow-covered French hills in a bespoke L.E.D.-enveloped suit.

Kinect

I love Apple… and, until recently, I was Apple through and through, and so very anti-Microsoft – but it has slowly begun to annoy me that the majority of Apple products are completely locked. They don’t let people play with ‘their’ stuff and, if they do, they ‘brick’ the device. So it’s quite a turnaround that, sadly, Apple has become what Microsoft was in the 90s, whilst Microsoft has opened up and evolved.

More than just doodles…

I like to doodle. In fact I spent way too much lesson time doodling in the back of books during my school days and now it seems doodling has become part of what I do, except now as a designer it’s maybe considered a scamp or a sketch.
